You get an itemised invoice showing the parts fitted and the labour done, with warranty terms for both.

What is the difference between doorstep and workshop service?
Doorstep means a mechanic comes to your home or office with the tools and parts for the job — routine servicing, battery work, diagnostics, AC gas top-ups and minor repairs. Workshop service is for anything needing a lift, an alignment rig or a spray booth, such as clutch work, wheel alignment and denting or painting. When you book, you choose which you want, and we tell you if the job actually needs the workshop.
How much will my service cost?
It depends on your car and the parts chosen, so we do not publish a single figure. You get an itemised quote before any work starts, and if the inspection turns up something extra we ask you before doing it. Nothing is charged that you have not approved.
How do I book?
Tell us your car, where you are and how to reach you using the form on this site. That reaches our team, who confirm the details, the price and a time with you directly. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Do you use genuine parts?
We fit OEM or equivalent-standard parts and tell you which is going into your car before we fit it. If you would prefer a specific brand or grade, say so when you book and we will quote for it.
Do you offer a warranty?
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, and we stand behind the labour we perform. The specific terms depend on the job and the parts fitted, so they are stated on your quote and invoice rather than as a blanket promise here.
